YANA Mom Family Night Out
This April, the YANA Mom Family Night Out invites families within the YANA community to gather for an evening of connection, support, and fun. Created specifically for those involved in YANA, this event offers a space to strengthen relationships, celebrate resilience, and nurture mental wellness together.
On April 8, 2026, the evening will be co-sponsored by The Persistence Project and Blooming Possibilities Pediatric OT, bringing thoughtfully designed, family-friendly activities that support movement, play, and emotional well-being. Together, we’re creating an environment where both parents and children feel supported, seen, and connected.
We look forward to sharing a meaningful night with our YANA families as we continue building community and caring for one another.
Workshop at Camp Missfits
I want to talk about a type of strength that almost no one teaches women about… but it impacts everything.
Your pelvic floor.
This small but mighty group of muscles plays a huge role in:
• Core strength
• Balance and stability
• Back and hip health
• Bladder control
• Confidence during exercise
The problem?
Most women were never actually taught how to strengthen or use these muscles correctly.
And if you’ve ever experienced things like:
Leaking when you cough, sneeze, or exercise
Core weakness after pregnancy
Back or hip discomfort
Feeling like your core just isn’t firing the way it used to
…your pelvic floor may be the missing piece.
That’s why I’m excited to introduce you to Dr. Paige Rainford, an orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapist who specializes in helping active women better understand their bodies so they can keep doing the things they love.
Dr. Paige is the founder of The Persistence Project and she’ll be hosting a free Pelvic Floor Strengthening Workshop right here in the studio.
Pelvic Floor Strength Workshop

This will be a relaxed, educational workshop designed to help you:
• Understand what the pelvic floor actually does
• Learn how it connects to your core and movement
• Discover simple strategies to build strength and support
If you’ve ever been curious about pelvic floor health—or wondered if it might help with some of those nagging issues—this is a great opportunity to learn in a supportive environment.

This recovery reset starts with Dr. Paige leading a 45 minute mindful movement session focused on mobility reconnecting your conscious mind to your physical body. Afterward, unwind with 45 minutes of community and sauna time—relax, recharge, and enjoy full access to the sauna amenities. Water, towels, and light snacks provided.

Upcoming/Current Caregiver resource fair, clothes up to 1 year/4T, gear for up to 1 year, and more! All left over clothes/gear will be donated to WeeCycle, Denver.
