Virtual coaching is a great way to reconnect to your body and take charge of how you feel on a day-to-day basis. Virtual sessions are encouraged even when primarily in person as this increases our effectiveness within your home.
We are able to review movement patterns, prescribe exercises, and monitor your progress without the stress of travel time.
Dry needling
Dry needling is an intramuscular technique with electrical stimulation to improve tissue health, improve muscle responsiveness, to improve pain, to improve performance, and evacuate fluid. A full evaluation is needed prior to modality-only appointments.
Concert Tour Physio services

Repetitive movements and travel can cause some stiffness or nagging pains. Modalities can improve pain and/or prevent injury.
Experience working with tours during stops in Denver, CO either at venue or at hotel. Equipment brought by PT to location.
Mountain Day Recovery Sessions
For when you’re feeling sore after an event and just need a little extra manual, dry needling, or cupping to return to baseline to keep you going for another day on the mountain.
Full evaluation is not required. Intake paperwork is required for treatment.
Offer is only 2-4 afternoons/evenings a week during ski season via mobile services. Please check schedule for availability in Breckenridge/Summit County.
