Shout out to Dr. Paige again coming to my rescue: I broke my ankle mid September 2023… a little over 3 months ago. I did not have surgery as I prefer to opt out of surgery whenever possible. I am a walker and was not able to walk and had pain and a limp. Now, my limp is barely still happening and pain in that ankle is gone. Dr. Paige because she is so knowledgeable and does amazing work on my body! Blessed to have her in my life!

Dr. Paige is thorough, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her background in both orthopedics and pelvic health makes such a difference because she sees the whole picture and explains things in a way that actually clicks. She has helped me work through my low back pain and by extension my ovulatory pain, and the improvement has been unbelievable. Every visit feels intentional and personalized. I trust her completely and recommend her to anyone who wants real progress instead of guessing or struggling on their own.

Paige has absolutely changed my relationship with my body 💜 when I first met Paige she was excited and said: “we’ll get you better.” Paired with that infectious smile I thought she was mad. I was post a year of 3 major surgeries and no one had ever followed through on care the way she has and did. I am actually able to use my body now and it’s because not only is Paige really so smart she cares and believes in her clients success. Well if you wanna change your relationship with your body I highly recommend going to The Persistence Project 🤗 I am mostly pain free and that’s not something I believed possible 2 years ago!

Wow!!! Dr.Paige is a miracle worker. I have been struggling the past year with a lingering hip issue. I was referred to Dr. Paige from the team at INNERLUX to potentially dig deeper into the issue. Within 15 mins of meeting me and discussing the pain I was struggling with, she immediately identified the issue. By the end of my first session she had relieved my pain and discussed ways to strengthen and support my hips and lower back. I highly recommend you schedule time with Dr. Paige… She will have you feeling better in no time.

Just wanted to leave a review on how wonderful this PT clinic is. I came in with ankle problems an a couple of injuries and my PT Paige was amazing to help in getting me back to where I waned to be. She was able to give me some great exercises to do at home, and walked me through a variety of exercises and stretches while I was being seen.

Over 10 sessions and I am now feeling great and playing pick up basketball again, best part is now I have some great exercises that help me keep my ankle in great shape and keep me at the top of my game.

I couldn’t recommend The Persistence Project more! My PT experiences with Dr. Paige have been monumental in my healing. Last spring I came to her with a double wrist sprain and a foot that was severely bruised from a water jug falling on it and was able to recover very quickly.

Presently, we are working together in my healing from a double mastectomy, and I have been blown away with the results in the last 4 months of sessions. I’ve been able to return to work and have regained 100% of my mobility back. I’m beyond grateful for her expertise, professionalism, and “bedside manner”. I know that my recovery and both situations would have been much more extensive and challenging without her support and knowledge/applied practice.

Paige conducted my initial consultation, and after the session, she expressed her interest in working with me. In hindsight, that was one of the most significant decisions I ever made. During our sessions, Paige identified pain and numbness in areas that concerned her. She advised me to contact my doctor, and I did so since I could sense her level of concern. My doctor discovered some worrying things, and it turned out that surgery was necessary. Paige's thoroughness and empathy changed my life, and I don't know what would have happened if she weren't there. She is an exceptional physical therapist who demonstrates genuine concern for her clients' physical well-being. Paige goes above and beyond with her clients and treats them with care and professionalism. I can't praise her enough. If you're looking for an excellent physical therapist, I highly recommend Paige.

Paige is such an expert and very passionate about what she does! She would get excited with my progress and to give too many details – I stopped peeing when I ran after just three sessions with her! This is six years after having my son!

I have been working with Dr Paige on a disc injury causing immobilizing sciatica pain. Over the last 5 months or so I have gone from not being able to sit or drive and barely being able to walk, to nearly full activity including playing sports. Her care is second to none, I couldn't possibly recommend a provider more!

Paige is an incredible professional, and the sweetest person you will ever meet. I was lucky enough to find her randomly through my insurance during that time, but kept being a patient when she started her own business. I started doing some PT pelvic floor work with her, and then my husband joined and she helped him with his shoulder. I wish I could have her forever in our lives!! Keep it going Paige, you are a star!!

I’d been dealing with strange nerve pain in my knee for about a month before finally deciding to see Dr. Paige. Even though the cause was hard to pinpoint, she quickly identified tension and tightness around the area. After just one acupuncture session, the difference was incredible — the tightness released, and I’ve been pain-free since!

I am so grateful for Dr. Paige! I have pain from Ehlers-Danlos hypermobility which has been persistently hard to treat, but Dr. Paige has been patient, thoughtful, and creative about my care. Issues that have plagued me for years have been healing since I started working with her. And if that weren't enough, I enjoy spending time with her too! I cannot recommend Dr. Paige highly enough.

Dr Paige is incredibly knowledgeable and very detailed with her work! I came to her with abdominal pain that no doctor could figure out after ruling out a lot of things, I was told that I was fine but I was still in so much pain and it was affecting my day to day life. With her very detailed evaluation, she came up with a great plan and immediately found the cause of my pain! I am so grateful and just amazed at her care in her work with women especially. PT should be essential part of woman's care especially with Dr Paige! Thank you for your care!

Paige has been absolutely life changing this pregnancy! We started working together in the first trimester where Paige helped me learn how to properly and safely engage my core and prevent coning while still being active. In the second trimester we worked on both internal and external pelvic floor therapy and worked to strengthen and relax my pelvic floor muscles. As my pregnancy progressed Paige was extremely helpful managing some sciatica and hip pain I was dealing with. She is always professional and kind and helps me feel relaxed and respected during internal work. I can’t wait to continue working with Paige postpartum!

I waited until the last minute before my trip to Disneyland, struggling for months with hip pain. I was worried the trip would be a disaster. Fortunately, I saw Dr. Page just days before I left. She quickly identified the problem, gave me some targeted exercises, and thanks to her expertise, I managed to enjoy multiple 12-hour days on my feet. Her attention to detail and her ability to troubleshoot issues with the body are truly remarkable.
If you’re reading this, I highly recommend seeing her. While it may seem unlikely that she can perform miracles, I’m convinced she did for me.

Paige has come to my residence in Summit County several times now, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made during each of our PT sessions (since my ski injury). She developed my home exercise program, and is always thinking of ways to target what I’m working on. None of my sessions have been painful, and after she works on my shoulder I immediately feel relief of any tightness. I’m back to doing day-to-day tasks that I struggled with even just a week ago. If you’re in need of PT, I recommend Paige! Working with her has exceeded my expectations.

I had ongoing pain and tightness throughout my neck and shoulders and Dr. Paige was able to relax those muscles and relieve so much of the pain in one session. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she exudes such positive energy. She’s truly gifted at what she does!

I can’t recommend The Persistence Project and Dr. Paige Rainford enough. I came in with pretty significant shoulder pain after lifting too heavy and feeling a tweak, and I was honestly worried I had done something serious. After just one visit, I noticed an immediate difference. My range of motion improved and my pain level dropped significantly almost right away.

What really sets Dr. Paige apart is how much time and attention she gives you. My first visit was a full 90 minutes, and every session after that was 60 minutes one-on-one with her, not being passed off to a PTA. I felt heard, understood, and genuinely cared for the entire time, which is rare in the physical therapy world in my opinion.

She didn’t just treat the symptoms, she addressed the root cause. She retrained my movement patterns for overhead lifts, did dry needling on my shoulder, and walked me through specific exercises during that first visit that actually made a difference. Even better, she made sure I stayed accountable and continued progressing throughout my rehab and injury recovery process.

Her communication is top-tier, and her patient-first approach is obvious in everything she does. If you’re looking for physical therapy in Littleton or Lakewood and want real results, not just a quick in-and-out appointment, Dr. Paige is the person to see!

Dr Paige has really helped me with my lower back pain. This was my first time trying dry needling and I am a huge advocate now. Highly recommend Paige and her services!
