Dr. Paige Rainford of The Persistence Project will present an educational and practical session breaking down how our bodies respond to sedentary work atmospheres and the polarizing mountain activity that many of us take on in our daily lives. Members learn simple, realistic strategies to enhance performance, reduce fatigue, and improve overall resilience.
